After submitting, please allow adequate time for permit processing (including a 17 to 30 day appeal period following approval). Applications not meeting all requirements of the Zoning Ordinance or requiring Conditional Use or Subdivision review shall be forwarded to the Development Review Board for consideration. Processing the application will be delayed if an application is incomplete. Your Building and Zoning Permit application needs to describe the proposed work and have drawings of the proposed work attached.
