Resumes and Cover LettersMay 21 / 6 - 7:30 PMLet Vermont Works for Women help you write a fabulous resume and help you land the interview! Whether you’re new to the workforce or have some experience this workshop will help teach resume 101 basics. This workshop will teach you how to bullet-points that really pop, tips and tricks to minimize gaps in employment and finally how to write a compelling resume for the job. The Workshop will also help with cover letter basics as well. Such as what to include in the cover letter, how to be straightforward and an easy to follow template. These basics will help show employers exactly why you’re the person for the job. Let’s Talk MoneyMay 28 / 6 - 7:30 PMTaking control of your finances doesn’t have to be as angst-inducing as people make it out to be, the trick is knowing where to start. This workshop is designed to help you understand your spending, managing your bills, and keep a little bit more in the bank each month. We’ll frame the conversation around choice, mindfulness, and what is important to you. By the end of the workshops, you’ll have the tools needed to make financial plan for the future you want!
