After completing preliminary engineering, the cost is $3.92 million. This is the value approved by the Council to send to a bond vote in August 2018.
The Myers Memorial Pool Renovation Project Bond would be a 20-year bond.
If funded solely by Winooski taxpayers, the impact of this project could be up to a $0.082 increase in property taxes (an estimated $185.49 annual increase on a $225,000 home).
